Product development
... from idea to finished product
If you have an idea, but not your own design department, our 3-D / CAD specialists will prepare a CAD drawing for your product. At this early stage, we will help you identify and remedy potential weaknesses. You can visualize your product – and almost touch it.
You can hold a concept prototype and get a feeling about its size and haptics. Using the vacuum casting method, such concept prototypes can be produced quickly and at reasonable prices.
The high-precision prototype tools enable us to generate function prototypes made of the corresponding materials. Smaller batches or pilot series can be produced with these tools.
Once all technical and design parameters are identified using the prototype tool, we will manufacture the tool for series production, with high precision and above all with the good feeling that we thought of everything. We will also develop your prototype and your product.
After the initial samples are manufactured, you will receive a detailed initial sampling test report with information in compliance with the standard, which clears the way for series production.

We resort to a versatile selection of different materials and a variety of silicones and colors. In order to meet your project requirements, we will first discuss the mechanical characteristics your product is to feature. Then we will address additional properties such as color, haptics and the certification of your product. You can choose your perfect color from the entire range offered by manufacturers such as Pantone or RAL.
