A part that does not fully comply with manufacturing specifications will not leave our premises – good to know! Especially micro silicone components with miniscule weights of less than 20 mg undergo the strictest quality controls. As early as at the planning stage, micro moldings are designed in great detail and comprehensively discussed with the customer. This warrants a smooth production process.

Owing to state-of-the-art computer technology, undercuts, surfaces and the complexity of the component can be analyzed and the machines configured accordingly.
